1. What products do you manufacture?
We manufacture sportswear, gym wear, fashion apparel, team uniforms, martial arts uniforms, T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, tracksuits, jackets, shorts, trousers, compression wear, workwear, bags, caps, and other custom apparel.
2. Do you provide private-label manufacturing?
Yes. We provide complete private-label services, including product development, fabric sourcing, pattern making, sampling, cutting, stitching, custom branding, labels, packaging, and worldwide shipping.
3. What customization services do you offer?
We offer machine embroidery, DTF printing, screen printing, digital printing, sublimation printing, appliqué, custom patches, names, numbers, logos, and all-over designs.
4. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the product, fabric, design, customization method, and packaging requirements. Contact us with your product details to receive an accurate MOQ.
5. Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We can prepare a physical sample for your review before bulk manufacturing. Sample development and shipping charges may apply depending on the product.
6. Can you manufacture from a reference image?
Yes. You can send us a reference image, sketch, tech pack, or existing sample. Our team will review it and help develop a production-ready product.
7. What artwork formats do you accept?
We prefer AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or high-resolution transparent PNG files. If you do not have production-ready artwork, our team may help with artwork preparation or embroidery digitizing.
8. Can you add my brand labels and packaging?
Yes. We can provide woven neck labels, printed care labels, size labels, hang tags, branded poly bags, custom boxes, and other private-label packaging options.
9. How long does production take?
Production time depends on the order quantity, product complexity, materials, printing or embroidery, and packaging requirements. An estimated timeline will be provided with your quotation.
Production begins after final approval and receipt of the required payment.
10. How do I request a quotation?
Send us your product type, design, quantity, size breakdown, fabric preference, colors, customization details, packaging requirements, and shipping destination.
The more information you provide, the more accurate your quotation will be.
11. What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed with each quotation or proforma invoice. Production normally begins after the required advance payment has been received.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan, and ship orders worldwide through courier, air freight, sea freight, or an agreed cargo service.
13. Are customs duties included in the price?
Customs duties, destination taxes, import fees, and clearance charges are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation. These charges are normally the customer’s responsibility.
14. Can I make changes after approving the design or sample?
Changes may be possible before bulk production begins. However, additional charges and delays may apply.
Changes may not be possible after fabric cutting, printing, embroidery, or production has started.
15. Do you offer custom sizes and size charts?
Yes. We can manufacture according to your approved size chart or help develop a suitable size range for your target market.
Customers should carefully review and approve all measurements before production.
16. Can you match specific colors?
Yes. You may provide Pantone references, fabric swatches, thread references, or physical samples.
Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings, fabric batches, inks, threads, and production methods.
17. How do you maintain product quality?
We inspect products during different production stages and conduct final checks for measurements, stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing, quantity, labeling, and packaging.
18. Can you manufacture different designs in one order?
This depends on the products, quantity per design, materials, colors, and customization methods. Share your complete requirements and we will confirm the available options.
19. Do you accept returns on custom products?
Custom-manufactured, printed, embroidered, personalized, and private-label products are generally not returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or the products materially differ from the approved specifications.
20. What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, affected quantities, and clear photographs or videos.
Our team will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution where a manufacturing issue is verified.
